We have confirmed the migration window for the university‑mandated transition of Fulton Schools websites from WordPress to Drupal. All faculty and lab sites will be migrated between Monday, April 27 and Monday, June 22, 2026, and a full content freeze will be in place for the entire duration of this window. Sites will go live toward the end of June, followed by training and onboarding to the new platform.

ASU’s Enterprise Technology team, along with our web host Acquia, will perform the technical migration. The Fulton Schools Web Services team will continue to support you throughout this process with preparation, communication and training resources.

What to expect next

  • We will reach out individually when your site is assigned to a migration batch so you know exactly when to expect movement. We will also need your assistance with the final site review.
  • Because the content freeze applies to all sites from April 27 through June 22, updates and edits are temporarily paused. During a content freeze, your website stays in a live but static state to ensure all content transfers correctly.
  • After your site goes live in Drupal/Webspark, you will receive information about training and support resources to help you get oriented in the new system.
  • Your WordPress site will remain accessible for a short period after migration in case any content needs to be referenced or retrieved.
