1. Logging in
Logging into WordPress is easy, requiring only your ASURITE and password.
Sign in from the light gray header
- In the upper right corner of your browser window, click Sign In in the light gray bar.
- Login with your ASURITE Id and password.
- You will be logged in to the WordPress dashboard for your website.
Sign in using the WordPress admin URL
- Go to your website’s web address (URL) in a web browser.
- Add “/wp-admin” to the end of the URL. Example: https://dogs.engineering.asu.edu/wp-admin
- Login with your ASURITE id and password.
- You will be logged in to the WordPress dashboard for your website.
No need to sign out unless you share your computer
You do not need to sign out of your website when you are done working if you are the only person who uses your computer.
When you log out, you will be signed out of all ASURITE services which have been authenticated with your login, and you will have to log in to them again.
Simply close all browser windows you have been using on your computer. You will remain logged in to the website as long as your ASURITE login session is active, even if you close all the browser windows that contain your website.
If you share your computer, then sign out of your ASURITE login when you are done working at the computer as you would any other time. This will sign you out of your website as well.
