How to update your ASU directory

Much of the information in your ASU Directory profile (like your name and job title) is pulled from other systems. If your name is not correct in the directory, students should contact a registrar and faculty and staff should contact their unit’s HR representative.

You can change your biography, research interests, campus address, phone number and profile photo. You can also upload a CV or résumé. Simply go to My ASU and login with your ASURITE id and password. Then click on the Profile tab. You can edit your biography or research interests by clicking in the text box. Remember to click the “save” icon to save your changes.

Word, text or PDF files under 20 Mb can be uploaded for your résumé.

Portrait photos should be JPG, GIF or PNG formats and less than 100 KB. You can upload a file with any dimensions but it will be automatically scaled so that the largest dimension (height or width) is 133 pixels.

Fulton Schools of Engineering faculty, staff and students are encouraged to drop by any Open Studio session to get a free portrait taken. Portraits can be downloaded from fulton.zenfolio.com/studio. You can use an online editor like Pixlr to edit your photo to meet the guidelines above.
