Migration complete for phase one sites

While the migration itself is complete, websites are still undergoing testing before going live. Stand by for an email from the Web Services team.

Thank you again for your patience and partnership as we work through the university‑mandated transition of faculty and lab websites from WordPress to Drupal.

As of today, Monday, Aug. 31, all sites have been successfully migrated into the new Drupal/Webspark environment. However, we are still reviewing sites and functionality before they go live. The Fulton Schools Web Services team has been reaching out to faculty individually as their site becomes ready for review and several sites have already launched. We will continue to publish new sites every day.

If you have not yet heard from our team, your site is still undergoing review. We will continue contacting site owners directly over the next couple of weeks.

We appreciate everyone’s flexibility as we work through the final phase of the project. Training resources are available on our website, and once the migration activity settles and our team has more capacity, we will resume hosting open office hours. In the meantime, ASU Enterprise Technology offers ongoing virtual support hours every other Monday at 4 p.m. that you are welcome to attend.

If you have immediate questions, please feel free to reach out to the Fulton Schools Web Services team at [email protected].
